Who would I email? My JFW 19 did a huge update this morning and I am still having the autocomplete issue. -----Original Message----- From: jaws-users-list@groups.io <jaws-users-list@groups.io> On Behalf Of Cristóbal Sent: Thursday, February 7, 2019 12:54 PM To: jaws-users-list@groups.io Subject: Re: [jaws-users] Jfw and outlook This is a known bug introduced with Jaws 2019 ever since the betas. I unfortunately have been dealing with it even after the most recent January 2019 update which was supposed to finally address it. The Vispero rep with whom I've been corresponding has acknowledged that they're aware of the bug and that some folks are still encountering it even after the January update. In my case, I'm running a stand-alone Office subscription (Outlook Version 16.0.11231.20130). Vispero even provided me with a config file as well as instructions on how to create one that indeed actually fixed this email address announcement bug, but at the cost of the subject fields in the Outlook calendar no longer being spoken. This most recent attempt also disabled my various Outlook dictionary manager entries too. For me at least, these two issues presented by this config fix were too disruptive and I ended up removing that Vispero provided config file. For whatever reason, my autocorrect list that I had built up also seems to have been erased and while I can't be sure if it had anything to do with this Jaws provided fix since I can't with certainty say that the insertion of the config file or its removal caused all my autocorrect entries to bite the dust even though that's the only real change I've made to Outlook. So, just something to keep in mind should you reach out to Vispero and they provide you with the same file/fix. Back up your autocorrect list. That said, it would be a good idea to let them know so that they're aware that other folks are still dealing with this rather significant bug.
