Hi Jerry,
No, not at all!  What you ar typing into the run dialogue is only a shortcut to take you to your system information.  The 32 has nothing to do with whether your system is 32 or 64 bit.  Just follow the steps to see what I mean.

So by the mere fact of what to type in the search box, it is a 32 bit system, correct; while a desktop is a 64 bit system? Thanks.

Try the following:
Press, Windows key + R, to open the Run dialogue, and type, msinfo32 , and press ENTER.  Tab 1 time and down arrow through the list to find, System Type, information
plus a lot more info about your computer.
