Re: Balancing audio for jaws and youtube

Hi

You could turn off JAWS audio ducking to get more balance between JAWS and
other applications. However turning audio ducking on or off can only be
done for all applications . To turn off audio ducking, go to the JAWS
settings center by pressing JAWSkey+6 on the numbers row. Then press
control+shift+d to open the default settings. Then type audio in the search
box which will bring up the setting for audio ducking. Then press space to
turn the setting on or off and tab to the OK button and press enter. Or
another way to turn audio ducking on or off is to press and then release
Jawskey+space and then press d.

Subject: [jaws-users] Balancing audio for jaws and youtube

I am using W 10, jaws 2019
and chrome browser and I would
like to know if and how it is
possible to balance jaws and
youtube volume. When I am on
youtube jaws is very loud and
youtube volume is very low and
I would like to know if it is
possible to balance the two.
I have tried volume mixer and
other settings but nothing
seems to work for me. Will
appreciate any suggestions.
