Hi,

The pay pal captia is useable, at least the last time I had to do it.


Simply clicking on get an audio challenge should get you started. From there, an edit box will pop up and arrowing up once from there will give you a play button. Hitting this will then read out the audio for you.


Of course, if you have trouble hearing things then feel free to disregard my above statements, just trying to throw options out there. Usually the captias aren't too garbled up as long as you can get one of the 4 or 5 words that are spoken you're pretty golden.


I'm not sure what you mean by you don't do phones - do you not have even a landline?

Okay, this is running Widows 7, IE11 andJaws 16, but this should pretty much work the same no matter what browser or version of Jaws.  At least I would think so since we're dealing with the Pay Pal website.

1. Log-in into your Pay Pal account.

2. You'll get a screen wanting to know if you would like to use your mobile phone number for blah blah so, click on the not no link or something similar.

3. Find the link, Wallet, or My Wallet and press enter.

4. Navigate this page and you should find a link to make changes to a current credit / devit card or to add / remove.

Anyone successfully inserted a debit card, credit card or bank account into the paypal wallet?  I had a  paypal ccount a long time ago when I had perfect sight and now the card has expired!

Also if I’m blind how can I insert the numbers into my account?

Paypal is accessible with jaws, I’ve bought stuff previously from Future Aids and other merchants.
