Press Alt-F to open the File menu.

The file menu will open and focus will be on the New menu item.

Press the right arrow key to open the New sub menu.

Arrow down until you get to either the "Get a new mail account" or "Existing mail Account".

Press Enter on the selection appropriate for your situation.

Follow the prompts to complete the setup.
