Here’s a wild guess, but is there any chance the reading pane is turned on? To check close the messages and press alt and arrow right to view and then tab down to look at all of the wonderous options.

I forgot to add that the Alt 5 works, but just as long as you are in the message.

Does Alt 5 on the number row work to read the subject line or is that where you are hearing the information about the images?

Hi all, I have a client that when she opens Outlook, the subject of the message doesn’t show when arrowing down the list. Is there a way to reset Outlook so it displays the message? We get instead, click here to download pictures, Outlook blocked some of the downloads of this messages. This is coming up all the time. How can we fix this error message within Outlook. Thanks. James
