Re: Question about the Outlook scheduling assistant

Van Lant, Robin

She’s asking about the Scheduling Assistant that is used in companies to look at other  attendees’ availability.  I usually open the home ribbon and just tab to it.  I’m not sure of the key shortcuts, as I have those turned off in JAWS and cannot figure out how to turn them back on.

If you’re talking about the appointment calendar you can do a control shift A.

Subject: [jaws-users] Question about the Outlook scheduling assistant

Hi all!  I was wondering if anyone knows how to reach the scheduling assistant in Outlook using a keystroke now.  It seems that the command that I used to be able to use no longer works.  Alt plus H followed by the letter U is not working like it once did.  Is there another way?  Many thanks!
