Re: Reading Adobe Files

I'm not sure if this will be the fix or not but quite a few people had the same problem not so long ago as well as myself.

In Adobe go to preferences and then look for security enhanced. Then there should be a check box that will say something like start protected mode at start up. You will want to make sure the check box is not checked. Then go to OK or whatever it is so it will accept.

You may need to close Adobe after that and reopen it ...I can't remember.

Subject: [jaws-users] Reading Adobe Files

I have the latest update of Jaws and suddenly can't read Adobe files when I open them. Is there something in Jaws that will allow these files to be read? Thanks.
