Icom IC-7000 screen issue

Hello,
I have an Icom IC 7000 with radio display/screen is not in color, I already checked the display options in the menu but nothing change.
I also checked the ribbon and front radio connector and everything look fine.
I am asking if anyone can give me any idea what i should check, or how I can trace the problem.
Any advice or assistance will be really appreciated

If the display is not in color(not a display problem) , please remove the cpu module ,clean it's contact and replace back into its slot,

What doe the external display look like?
