Just wanted to give a heads up for anyone looking for the separation
kit. Universal Radio has it on sale for $50. That's 50% off. I just got
mine yesterday but I don't know how long the sale will last. As an idea
about the price, this is the price for the 11' cable alone but you get
the radio and mobile mounting brackets as well. So even if you just need
a spare cable (thanks to those pesky proprietary connectors) it might
not be a bad idea to get the full kit while they're the same price.
