I run a 7000 mobile with the respective LDG model at the back end of it, into a 102" whip, or long wire if parked up - not had a problem and copes well. 73 Max/M0VNG

I have the 7000 body behind the driver seat, the separation cable has ferrites wound onto it, and earthed to the chassis under the seat. I've also cable tied a 12v fan to it to blow air into the body

Enjoy a great rig Graham, but make sure you have ferrites wrapped on all cables, and if you think you have enough, put more on, as running a 7000 in a Freelander 1 does cause the odd bit of RF to get

I would agree - 7000 and LDG tuner, hit the button and away you go. Works fine and a great duo for if you wish to work /M or /P MFJ 994? I had and it went. LDG - never had a problem with any of them,

Hi Terry Yes, I run a 7000 mobile with both antenna sockets used on the relevant bands, and had no problem using about 80W of RF on HF bands into an LDG tuner feeding a whip on the rear wheel mounting
