Made my own for a few bucks. Just follow the diagram in the manual. Works like a charm. Only accesses the 4 memories, though.

The unite seems to be compatible with most ICOM radios but
needs a patch OPC 589 for the 7000.  Anybody with
experience and/or comments about this console?

Punching the F1,  CQ memory started to get old during
Illinois QSO Party.  Seldom work SSB so this feature
certainly saved my voice.
