That generally indicates:
  1. The internal speaker is defective or unplugged from the Main board.
  2. More likely, one of the external audio receptacles is damaged.  Either the internal switch contact is bent or one of the SMT leads was pulled loose from the PCB, due to excessive force on the plug or cable.
The receptacles are only availabe in the US from Icom.
