The solenoids on the injectors will need a fair bit of fast-rise-time current, so they'll be a good source of RFI.

. . . Have you tried putting clip-on ferrite chokes on the wires to the solenoids?

That worked (for me) to reduce alternator hash.

PS -- I had a Volvo diesel in my boat, not a Ford diesel in my truck.  The Volvo used traditional, mechanical high-pressure injectors.
