This is my 3rd attempt at posting, but I think I have it right this time.

This Sunday, I saw a dark morph and a light morph Rough-legged Hawk in
adjacent trees on Millers Corners Road, Duanesburg, SCHE county. Prior to
this winter I had not seen Rough-leggeds in the county (of course, they do
occur, occasionally, they have simply eluded my best efforts). But this
winter I have seen them in SCHE on 4-5 separate occasions including 7 in a
single day.

Are others seeing more Rough-leggeds this winter, especially away from their
usual haunts?
