bog meadow trail this morning

migrant activity looked a little different this morning at bog meadow. sparrows were very numerous, especially lots of white-throats; also numbers of swamp and song, a single lincolns. warbler numbers were modest, and most were yellow-rumps, with a couple of c yellowthroats, and 1 each magnolia and bt green. gw teal numbers are building, and still plenty of re vireos, catbirds, and e phoebes.

lots of rain + lots of beavers = very little shorebird habitat. A truly solitary sandpiper was all I saw.
