am. pipits - wright's loop
at least 6 am. pipits foraging on the drier ground between the near and far patches of water in the field north of the loop. both yellowlegs, solitary and least sandpipers, and killdeer also present.
through migrant activity still seems low, but I've had white-crowned sparrow at bog meadow and Champlain Towpath near Saratoga battlefield the last 2 days, and FOY for me scarlet Tanager this morning on the Champlain Towpath trail.
