I was able to locate a shrike on Fitzpatrick dr; I presume the same one reported here in ebird several days ago. it was on the west side of the road just a few hundred yards from the blackhouse

For what it's worth, Barnacle Geese are much smaller than Canada Geese - only slightly larger than a Cackling Goose - and their bodies are a frosty gray - especially on the back - not brown.

Cathy and I found at least 6 Lapland longspurs just now in the same area on Stonebridge Rd south of Callahan. multiple large groups of buntings and larks are here. also had 3 black vultures fly over.
