Chris and I walked around 5 Rivers this afternoon and enjoyed some great looks at a Northern Parula and a Tennessee warbler. They were foraging low in some weeds by the start of the Birder's trail near the Heron Pond. There were at least 7 Golden-crowned Kinglets foraging in this same area and at least 7 more spotted in the park. A nice variety of birds were seen on this cool afternoon, including one singing Fox sparrow.
Attached are two photos Chris took of the Northern Parula.
