Carter's Lake Greenwich

Beautiful day today at Carter's Lake in Greenwich. Highlights included 2 Common Ravens, 2 previously-reported Common Gallinules, 2 Greater Yellowlegs, and a very vocal Pied-billed Grebe. The Blue-winged Teal I was hoping to see again chose not to make an appearance. However, at 6 pm, a massive influx of thousands of Red-winged Blackbirds settled in directly in front of the 1st Observation Deck on the trail. Quite the spectacle!
