With more eyes on the bird and some decent photographs, the bird was determined to be a juvenile Mourning Dove. While this bird has a bit more white than a typical Mourning Dove, there were several key field marks that rule out White-winged Dove.

Still an interesting bird and a good identification challenge.

Frank Mitchell has found a White-winged Dove at Black Creek Marsh. Bird is still present at 3:05 pm. East of Hennessey, north side of tracks, in vicinity of farm.
