Eclipse SSB HF Nets and ALE Nets on 21 August 2017

For the Great American Solar Eclipse, there will be SSB and ALE nets on the air.
The original purpose of the net is to informally share information about the eclipse, highways, and other conditions.
Considering the potential for local communications emergencies in some areas, the net may also be utilized for Emcomm.
Date: Monday 21 August 2017
Time: starts 7 AM local time (in all time zones) and continues to sunset.
Frequencies kHz:
7296.0 kHz USB and/or LSB
5371.5 kHz USB

Cell sites will experience overload and overuse-outages in the area of eclipse totality, due to higher than normal population influx. 
Also, many users will be trying to stream it live, which consumes bandwidth. 
Emergency services and first responders will be stretched thin in the rural communities along the path of eclipse totality.
