Worked/confirmed bands cut off window

I installed and got everything working again and the edge of the window on the left won’t show the bands. It’s like they are inside but expanding the window in any direction won’t reveal them. I tried stretching the window, stretching the columns, etc
Here is a pic:

Any ideas?

Put the mouse just to the left of the word SSB. The mouse pointer will change to EastWest (like this <---->). Hold the left mouse button down and move the mouse to the right.
