Is there a way to log several stations, in a round table?  The problem is that you want to add several stations into the log book, but you don't have a qso end time because you haven't completed a qso.  But Logger32 will not let me enter a qso if it doesn't have a qso end time.  So how do I enter more than 1 qso that overlaps?

For example,  at 1400 I contact WB4OSQ, and NC4JP, and W4WIN and we all talk for 20 min.  I can't enter the contact with WB4OSQ at 1400 into Logger32 if I don't have an end qso time.  At 1401, we haven't finished the qso so I don't an and end time.  I can't enter NC4JP at 1400 for 2 reasons, a. if I entered WB4OSQ and took the default end qso time when I try to enter NC4JP, Logger says I already have a contact at that time.  I have to fudge the qso start time to 1401. b. I can't enter it because I don't have a qso end time yet either.

Yes I could take the default end time, which would be 1401.  And I can't add W4WIN for the same 2 reasons above.

Also is there a way to update the same data field, ie power or qso end time for multiple stations.  I don't seem to be able to use the shift or ctrl key to select multiple qso to be edited.

Look at sections 7.3 to 7.5 (starting on page 170) of the help file. SeventyThree(s).

John,

There is also no way to bulk edit multiple QSO's.

Regarding the start times, try changing your display time format from the Setup menu (see "4.3.2 Date|Time format" on Page 105 of Help Guide)
to include seconds.

Enter each callsign to the Logbook, by the time you have entered the next callsign in the net the time will be a few seconds different to the preceding one.
As for end times; you would have to right click on the QSO on the Logbook Page and use the "Edit QSO Start/End Time" option as each participant leaves the net.

The "Scratchpad" function in Logger32 may also be helpful in keeping track of who is still in the net or new joiners you've yet to have a QSO with etc.
Have a read of this section (and maybe the previous one) of the Help Guide; "7.3.2 Editing the Scratchpad content" on Page 173, and see what you think.

Not perfect solutions for you I know but I don't think Logger32 was designed with "round table nets" in mind.

You mentioned power (your Tx power I assume)
If you tend to use the same level on a band, say 800w on 75m but always 1400w on 20m you can set this in your Band/Mode Table for each band.

"2.5 Bandplans: the Bands & Modes table" starting on Page 37

Another option would be to setup one of the User Fields in the Log Entry window as Tx Power and either enter the value when logging each QSO or use the pre-set text option.

"6.2.3 Show|Setup user fields" starting on  Page 143.

Just some ideas, sorry if I've touched on stuff you already know.

Have you tried Net logger?

John,

Bummer.  I had come to that conclusion, but was hoping they had set up some
special way, but I couldn't find anything about that in the help file. :(

Good idea, thanks.

Thanks.  I'm working on reading that now.

No, but all they'd have to do is NOT require an end qso time when you enter a
qso.

I'll look into that.  Currently I don't have an amp, so I'm just running the 100W
that the rig puts out.  Again, the power could be put in the Manually Add QSO
window.  There more than enough room to shorten the Name, QTH, or comments fields and put in the power there, or replace the Pfx input box with Pwr as the user
already knows the prefix of the station he's working as it's part of the callsign.

Outstanding.  Just did that for User Field #1.  Also set the default to 100 which is
all the rig outputs.

>Just some ideas, sorry if I've touched on stuff you already know.

Nope, you didn't.  This was very informative.  Thank you very much.
