help with the logger 32

Good evening everyone.
I've been having some difficulties with logger 32, when I change the band or frequency it just closes and this happens when I generate the adif to send to lotw e-qsl, qrz.com, etc..
Has anyone gone through this and how did you solve it.

Look in the Logger32 directory
Find the file called Logger32.exe
Right click on the icon
Click the Properties menu
Click the Compatibility tab
Check the Run this program in compatibility mode box
Select the Win 7 option
Click Apply
Click OK
Cross your fingers and run Logger32.
