Alain I have had a couple of users that were using Windows 11 and the only way they could get the programs to talk to each other was to run both Logger32 and L32Lookups using the Run as Administrator setting. I did not realize that you were using Win11 or I would have had you try that..

All my ham radio softwares are running in normal mode (not admin) without any problem until this issue. The setup is Ok and and works normally most of the time, the problem encountered seems quite rare on my w11 configuration. 73 Alain F5LMJ |

Avi.. Something on your computer is blocking the program from accessing QRZ. The request is sent but goes nowhere as there is not a response from the QRZ servers.. If you setup AnyDesk on your computer and give me a time your computer will be available I can login and see if I can figure it out..

I have very same issue started last week, in my case the problem doesn’t recovers after closing Logger. I contacted Rick, we tried few things but the problem remains. I thought till now I was the only one having this issue. 4X1WQ Avi

Alain.. Check to see if you are running Logger32 or L32Lookups using the Run as Administrator setting. If one is running it BOTH must run it or not run it that way. If one is set to use it then the programs can’t talk to each other. The program tries to connect to Logger32’s connections 5 times after that it pops up the message you are seeing. If you see that message you should restart Logger32 and the Lookup application..
One other thing to check is to make sure you are trying to load the Lookup program thru the Logger32 Internet window using the Toolbox/Setup External module window. Another thing to check is to make sure on the setup toolbar under AutoLookup you have selected use External Lookup.
Most of the issues why the programs can’t connect if in the first paragraph above..

Not very often but sometimes I have strange issue with QRZ-Lookup after searching for a call I have this popup window and when it's hapen, I need to close and re-open L32 to have again the the QRZ-Lookup working with full detail 73's Alain F5LMJ
