Like wise your "preferred option" is also not an option. As I've said before why would I want to change to anything else when this one is the best (In my Humble Opinion)!
Thanks' for taking the time to evaluate my findings.

No change is anticipated (double speak for don't hold your breath).
As explained, the statistics for Satellite QSOs follow the ARRL concept that the QSO mode is actually the PROP_MODE (which is SAT) rather than the normally accepted MODE of CW/SSB/RTTY/etc.
Your expectation is for both - Statistics for SAT and statistics for MODE. The statistics by MODE would allow the QSOB4 function to detect previous band/mode QSOs with a station and the statistics where the MODE is SAT would allow LoTW interchange of SAT MODE contact.
It was suggested that you not have a PROP_MODE field on the logbook entry window. This gives you the traditional MODE (in this case FT4/FT8) statistics. To satisfy the ARRL concept of a MODE called SAT, it was suggested to customize your ADIF export to add <PROP_MODE:3 >SAT <SAT_NAME:6>QO-100
I would guess a one time effort of ten minutes max. SeventyThree(s).
PS. My preference would be that you choose a logging program more to your liking. I really don't want to have to go through this again.

Apparently it works. And, looking at the code again, it would appear that there are those who believe EME (like SAT) is a mode. Must be the same folks who believe DC is a US State. SeventyThree(s).

I don't know if it'll work or not Pete. The code appears to have been added so that those who operate satellites can have a SAT column in their worked/confirmed window (to them SAT is a mode (like CW/SSB/etc. are to the rest of us). Difficult to keep everyone happy. SeventyThree(s).

You could try setting PROP_MODE to QO-100 SAT (or anything except SAT). Or, simply leave SAT_NAME empty.

OK, so the very pale green color is no longer showing. What color was your LZ1GM highlighted on the UDP BandMap?
Also, the cherry-picker event viewer says why it called the station (see sample below) . What did it say?

Got a break in proceedings, can tell you that removing the very pale green highlight hasn't made any difference.
Just made a QSO with LZ1GM, Notice it says Need on 13cm FT8.
When I delete either SAT or QO-100, I suddenly don't need LZ anymore.
Look forward to an explanation.

Logger32 doesn't know it's a satellite QSO, and even if it did, it doesn't care. Did you disable the very pale green highlight as requested? SeventyThree(s).

Whatever is causing Belgium to be highlighted very pale green in the UDP BandMap needs to be turned off ... Right click on the DX Spot window. Click Setup | Appearance | DX Spot highlight colors. UNcheck whatever is very light green. Click Apply.

I have another theory, bare with me.
I think that L32 Is looking at the JTDX decode of Belgium on 13cm FT8 and deciding I need it so call it, as shown in the previous screen shot. What L32 is not taking into account is that it is a SATELLITE QSO, which of course I have worked, so don't call as already worked.
Any thoughts?

Thanks' Bob, Yes it was the QSOB4 band/mode not ticked. That's' why I had no problem on HF because it was ticked.
This new L32 Configuration was only created a few days ago, the HF config was created years ago, so remembering these subtle switches and where to find them is a nightmare.

The callsign, band, and mode as shown in the logbook entry window are used to determine if the station has been QSOd before, and if it has does it match the currently selected QSOB4 option. SeventyThree(s).

So which column does L32 get it's information from FREQ or FREQ RX, it looks like it is looking at FREQ RX, hence 3cm therefore it says I haven't worked this one on 13cm lets call him?
Or are you saying it just looks at the BAND column?

Ok that narrows things down a bit. 13cm is the ADIF field BAND, so if we disregard all the cherry picker options, L32 looks for the CALL, MODE and BAND to determine if it should call or not?

If you're cherry-picking, it's Logger32 that decides to call the station or not. And, to Logger32, it's only one band - 13cm. SeventyThree(s).

The options are as below, am I right in thinking that as the first 2 options are ticked, then the result I am getting is to be expected?
Also the 4th option ticked, Does this relate to the list of stations in the UDP band map? LY1FX in light green? Should the cherry picker select this one and Call it? Light green is Country Not Confirmed this Band/Mode.
Is this Highlight color taken from the colors set up in "DX Spot Highlight Co lours"
