email alert stop working

My email alerts stop working a few days ago , nothing changed on my account that I know. Error in setup window shows:

The error 80040211 is not a Logger32 error, it is from your SMTP service (where you are sending the emails to). What it means, or what is wrong, I have no idea. SeventyThree(s).

It’s an smtp server error, something went wrong talking to the smtp server, perhaps your server changed its requirements.
