Sunix PCI parallel port not working on CW machine

Hi all,
I'm trying to use a Sunix PCI parallel port for CW.
On my previous PC with on-board parallel port (address 378) CW worked OK.
The PCI parallel port has these resources:
On the CW machine I've set the port address to D020, also D010, D000 and many values between D000 and D027 but none worked:
I've read older posts on the group regarding this issue, I understand that address like D020 should work, but it's not working here.
My OS is Windows 10 / 64.
Anyone else using Sunix PCI parallel card? Please help.
