Sorry did I upset someone by posting an image of the pop up window showing my problem? Don't understand how this can cause an issue?

5MB could possibly have quite an impact on that.

Would have been better (for Mike at least) if  Damian had resized / compressed the image before attaching / posting it.

Easy enough to click on the ‘bin’ icon (top right), which is what I’ve just done to yours.

Re: Logger Problem

I have to close my utility program VE7CC DXCluster App which Handles my connection to the cluster. This App/program auto connects up on start up. Not hard to remember to do shut down. If I forget Logger32 does come up with a message.

I had to hunt for it too!

Right click on the log entry pane.

Select Setup

Select My QTH Lat/Long.

I have been transitioning to a newer computer and I have just about got Logger32 setup back up. On my map, my current location is nowhere near where I really am. How do I update that? The last time I did this was so long ago, I do not remember.

Ah ha! It has been a very long time since I have drilled down that far into the settings. I forgot about that menu. Much appreciated!

Right click on the map. Click CREATE CUSTOM BASE MAPS. You will need to do that for both maps (Miller Cylindrical and Azimuthal Equidistant) for each tab on the map Window ... Yes, it's a pain in the ass, but then you can make each one different to suit your needs. SeventyThree(s).

Thanks to Bob and Paul for a solution to the Logger32 "Only one instance of Logger32 is allowed" error, I will use Task Manager for future.

Quicker than rebooting.   Works for me.

Thanks Bob,

Yes, I should have known about Ctl+Alt=Del and I will also take a look at Utility Programme.

All the very best

Hi All

On closing Logger32, it appears to leave a active flag set so when I try to open Logger again, it says "Only one instance of Logger32 is allowed" or something like that. Only way out is to re-boot the laptop. Any ideas because it is a pain to re-boot every time I close Logger32?

Re: l32lookups certificate problem

Gary - You are correct. Bing did not help.  Did an advanced uninstall with REV\o, but didn't delete anything from the second set which looked like it wanted to uninstall all of logger32.  Reinstalled but still got the same Not Secure message with no possibility of going on.  I think I'll try your suggestion for HAMQTH and see what happens.- tomorrow.
Thanks for hanging in with me,
