I would suggest you update Logger32 to version 3.50.414 (Current). Also, the update is no longer supported using OS XP and prior.

Re: Logger32 US callsign/states update?
Jim Altman
Its probably using a generic central location for the call area. You have to lookup the callsign on a callsign lookup tool to get the exact state. Every ‘5’ call is in Dallas, Texas until you look it up.

Hi, I’m chasing WAS (worked all states) and Logger32 indicates the wrong US states for the callsigns that appear on the cluster. Where is the callsign information accessed from and can it be updated?

Also there’s always the Universal Solution: reboot and hope for the best. Roughly half of all mysterious PC/Windows/network problems are solved by a simple reboot … which is why solid state system disks are so popular I guess.

Yes that is possible but why would you want to do that. When Logger32 shows there is an update you should let the program update as the updates contain Bug fixes and other changes that keep the program running the best as possible. If you really want to disable them Click on the top menu Setup then on the Updates menu. Click on the top line and unselect Enable Updates..

Tony You may not expect any help/suggestion unless you are running the latest version. All most all users are running the latest version. I do not know there is an option in ver3.5, however click Setup, Update, Logger32 version update and uncheck Enable auto update. 73
