I have the same issue with my FT5k and Expert 1k. I have reported this to the JTDX group. Also noticed is, from cold start up, if you run the software before turning on the radio it will switch on itself and the amp (linked via band data) If you turn radio off first, likewise it will restart if you don’t close the software quickly. If you turn the software off before the radio all seems to be ok. I was told on another group this would be fixed in an update, but still happens in rc150. I'd suggest you let them know as the guy I was mailing didn’t seem aware! 73 Pete G4RRM

Why you do not use internal or external lookup utility ? 73

Thank you both Jim and Bob. I have updated l32 to latest release and the country exception update performed flawlessly. Who would have known?

Re: The latest JTDX version
Admittedly I may not be using the very latest version but I think mine is a beta of v150 and it does have the reset function:
Do you have the other functions? Or is it totally kaput?

If you look carefully at the picture you attached, you will see that the size of the file you were downloading was 16 bytes. You will also see that Logger32 downloaded 16 bytes. Typically, the exceptions update is something like 500KB. 16 bytes? What was Club Log trying to tell you? How many bytes is 'I'm out to lunch', 'Sorry I can't answer the phone right now', 'Down for maintenance', 'I'm under quarantine'? SeventyThree(s)

No reset button? OK, Is there two empty panes? Right click the upper one and select RESET ... come to think of it, I think there's a tooltip about that if you hover the mouse over the upper pane ... No, loss of hearing is as result of countless years of small arms fire, jet engines. artillery, and four wives. Add to that, doing my best Jaques Cousteau imitation at my age .. Re: The latest JTDX version
Hi Vince.
If the band selector isn’t working, we need to reset the stored frequencies:
I gather this is a side-effect of changes to the configuration file.

Aki,
Thanks - I've installed the new version changed the path and everything works as it should BUT JTDX shows frequency in red and won't let me change bands. I stress that everything works but I just can't change bands.
Reverting to v149, everything is fine.
Should I have uninstalled 149 before installing 150?

The latest JTDX version
ja1nlx
ver 2.1.0-rc150 has been released. https://jtdx.tech/en/
The default installation folder is now C:\JTDX64\150 (64 bit version) It will be C:\JTDX64\151 for next release. This means that JTDX is installed in different folder and you should change path in UDP BandMap Start menu. I recommend you to install JTDX in the same folder, C:\JTDX64\ for example. -- 73 de aki JA1NLX
