I just (at 06:46 UTC April 16 2020) tried a download and all was ok.
21 QSO's read and 21 qso's were updated in Logger32.
TQSL v 2.5.2
Logsync v 2.0.17

Upload to LoTW and update of uploaded QSO in L32 works fine.
Downloading does create a file, but "Error 20477 Invalid filename" makes it impossible to update confirmed QSO.

Startup sequence
I notice that during the startup sequence after updating the clublog exceptions etc., if it fails to get the atomic clock time, it won’t proceed to check for updates until you manually get the time

Cherry-pick only callsign displayed in UDP BandMap.
