Re: L32 shortcut gone
I have replaced the Logger32.exe file from current version but as soon as you scan it with virus program, it gets deleted again. Will see if any others have this problem or suggestions. 73s Jim

Re: L32 shortcut gone
Once you get it back or all redone you might think of setting your backup parameters . Done right you wont loose anything. It can be reloaded. The options are in the program

Re: L32 shortcut gone
Since no responses yet for my SOS call, I will try to re-phrase it:
Which files contains the L32 settings/configuration? What else should I save in a "safe location", besides the log data?
Looks like

Re: Logger32.exe Deleted
Hi,
this is probably the same problem that I reported yesterday by "L32 link gone", but not received any suggestions yet.
I scanned the whole PC for the "disappeared" exe file but it is not

Nope.
You should scan whole PC with proper software.

Windows Defender deleted my Logger32.exe file as having the Trojan:Win32/WoreFline.A!d virus this morning. Anyone else have this problem? Jim K4JAF

Re: DX Spot Not Posting
The spot does not show up on the cluster otherwise, at least on my cluster screen. I have tried several different clusters as well. I'll do some more experimenting...

I don’t understand why this is an issue. Since you are logged into the cluster as K2QB the “de k2qb” is unnecessary.

After resent "update and restart' ( Win10/64) my shortcut to L32 disappeared. No Logger32 executable in the logbook directory neither.
I was running the 3.50.407 version. There is a Logger32

Re: Update L32Logsync v 2.0.15
Hi Rick,
That was the issue. I am running Logger32 as Administrator.
What happened when both program were running was that the Windows Defender put the Logger32 in quarantine.
I am running Windows 19

Excel trying to Load during update
I have been setting L32 up on a friends PC.
When I set L32 to run as Admin, a window came up trying to load Excel.
It took a few tries but I was able to update.
My friend is not computer savvy. How

Re: Update L32Logsync v 2.0.15
Arturo…
You are probably running Logger32 using the Run as Administrator setting. L32Logsync needs to be set to run that way also…

DX Spot Not Posting
When I post a spot to a DX Cluster with Ctrl D using the last entry in my log it posts just fine, i.e. "DX de K2QB 14074.00 XX2XX", but if I enter a callsign into the logbook entry window it does not

Re: LoTW QSL receive Date
Ken
Try this (You say it worked before)
1. Open Logger32 folder.
2. You see
3. Open Updatefiles for Ver3.50.408.
4. Copy ALL files and paste them in Logger32

Re: upgrade.
Thanks Jan
I haven't heard of that utility. I will have a look and maybe give it a try.
As you can see I do flag the correct LoTW QSL sent boxes and the ADIF sent to LoTW includes a Y against LoTW
