The same Winkey port you created in SmartSDR will work in N1MM. Don’t remember the combination right off. There are several tutorials on the Flex Community site on how to set up N1MM with the flex

Go into the SmartSDR file where you created your CAT ports for radio control, PTT, etc and create a port for WinKeyer.. Use this port in your CW Machine using Winkeyer. That will work fine..

yes the Bitstream Vera Sans Mono font is correctly installed in the new installation and is also used in my Logger32 in almost all windows.
I removed these 5 lines

I suspect the problem lies in these lines:
Grid Font Bold=Vero
Grid Font Italic=Falso
Try change them to True and False respectively.
Also I see: Child Lock=Falso
There could be others
