If someone signing 3Y0Z turns up on the bands today, it is almost certainly a pirate.
We can still work them if we choose to do so (WFWL) but the chances of the QSO being valid for DXCC are as

It is NOT valid until the date they start operation! The start date depends on the weather and many other factors!

Loading the Clublog exceptions 3y0z is still Not accepted fo DXCC.

Open the WAS award chart. Click on the 160 box that indicates you have worked and Logger32 will open a log segment listing the stations you have worked in that category.

You can manually enter the operating frequency 2 ways in the Log Entry window:
1) Type the frequency in the CALL box and <enter>
2) Right click on the MODE and it will open a pane
