Hi Dave.
Thank you for contacting me.

I use 500ms and I have these "loops" anyway.

Re: Ancora una volta Logger32 si blocca di nuovo con questo errore su Register Windows " errore è in: C: \ Windows \ System32 \ ucrtbase.dll " ecc.

Alex Del Chicca

Hi Steve,

yes if you go to look in the windows log file in Windows Event Viewer and Logs, you will see that you find the problem for which the Logger32 closes. However,

I solved it by removing the old logger32.ini file.

After I recreated the file logger32.ini and reconfigured everything, well, since that moment I have not had more crashes .... or rather it happened to me again within a month a couple of times, but probably because of me.

Now the Logger32 works with open cat, udp, two telnet connections to two clusters and blocks or better .... I haven't had any more crashes.

So I advise those who have had these problems to recreate the logger32.ini file from the beginning and you will see that the problems are solved.

I point out, however, that in fact the problem I had and that you have, was created by the telnet connection, or by the spot clusters that,

passing from the Telnet window to the DX Spot window, crashed the Logger.

But I repeat after re-creating the Logger32.ini file, everything is solved.

Hi Alex.. I am also suffering sudden crash problems, he does everything himself even leaving logger32 alone, I did not investigate at the registry level .. I do not find any error message when it closes it ends as if I closed it manually.. Reading here some users complain about the same modes I can say that the feeling is that the collision takes place from TELNET towards the DXCLUSTER window I say this because just today during a sh/dx /20 call the program closed but everything happens random.

There is a problem, when using this feature.

When I try to add QSO’s afterward and use the rightclick option There is a popup saying  huh 145,350 is not on 2M.

Yet entering from the entry window and correcting the time by hand accepts the QSO’s and the frequency is correct in the frequency column.

This never was a problem in logger 3 versions so I think some regional setting in the add window is getting in the way, not correctly at this point.

Nico, I found out the same problem. I tried to ad SOTA QSO on 2m manually the oter day and when inserting (CTRL+M) frequency 145,550 gives me the same error.

I fix that with an old bandmode.db from V3 Logger32.

(I still dont know what for is MyBandMode.db there.)

Just replaced that old BandMode.db files from old V3 into Logger32 directory and it should work. It is working for me now, but I'm not sure why this happened.

There must be some non-compliance transfering issue from old bandmode.db in new 4 version of Logger32.

Just a question after the "SUBMODE" and "MODE" ADIF game.
If a SUBMODE exist (like PSK31) should/must I have also his proper "parent" MODE (PSK in this case) into my "Bands & Modes" table?

Currently I don't have "PSK" into  "Bands & Modes" table but I have "PSK31" and "PSK63".

There was a DX Spot into my PSK31 BandPlan and Logger32 highlighted it as "Need on PSK".

I have this DXCC Entity confirmed on PSK31 and on that Band.
Why Logger32 propose me  "Need on PSK"?

I do not know what error you have when importing edited adif.
Make empty new Logbook and import edited adif again.

I have a number of qso in the log with the wrong operator.

Now I’ve tried saving an Adif and changing operator and importing it to the right operator but it flag as errors

Is there a simple way of editing the operator column on the logbook screen and changing a batch?
