Thanks, Bob.

I knew it was there somewhere but still don't know why it vanished last night.  All seems back to normal now.  73.

There's a section in the help file called UDP BandMap. SeventyThree(s).

Re: Update 3.50.417 - 3.50.418 fail

There are two different errors ... Two of the errors occur while trying to make a backup before doing the auto install. You can figure this out for yourself by making backups manually (the left two buttons on the toolbar). The third error tells you that the Logger32autoinstaller.exe (it gives you the full path name) is probably not set to 'Run as Administrator'. If it is set to Run as Administrator, then other security settings on your PC are blocking it. SeventyThree(s).

André,
One thing I have found useful for resolving questions about which county/parish a station is in is my copy of the Rand McNally USA road atlas.  Each of the counties/parishes are marked on the state map with the local boundary and also listed in the gazetteer on each page.  OK. Rand McNally may not be the purists choice but it has worked for me resolving  which county a station was in.

Start all over again, and in step one add all the modes d'jour you want (including OLIVIA and FSK441) to DIGITAL MODES. Or, you could try removing them from your BandPlan (Click TOOLS | SETUP BANDS & MODES) ... It's your configuration, set it up the way you like. SeventyThree(s).

I did all that, BUT the OLIVIA and KSK441 still show up as different columns.
I have zero QSO in these modes.
How do I get rid of these monsters ?

First, click TOOLS | DATABASE MAINTENANCE | SETUP PHONE/DIGITAL MODES. Now add the modes d'jour to DIGITAL and click APPLY.

Second, right click on the Worked/Confirmed Window. Check the option to show consolidated DIG modes and the option to show consolidated PHO mode.

Third, click TOOLS | DATABASE MAINTENANCE | RECALCULATE STATISTICS. Now wait ... while you're waiting, it might be a good time to read the help file ... it's all in there (with colored pictured).

IMHO, there should be (at least as an option) to display only 3 columns : SSB, CW and DATA

Hi all

Logger32 ver3.50.418 has been released. In this version new option
is added in UDP BandMap. Try this option if you were not happy to log
QSO directly from jtdx/wsjtx.

Luis, yes I think you now understand how the Continent blocking filter works (exactly like it says ... block all callsigns/gridsquares from my Continent that are not highlighted). There are options in JTDX to block callsigns by Continent. The decision is yours, Never see another European decoded from JTDX, or only see Europeans that you need for a new Band/Mode/Gridsquare ... Not rocket science. SeventyThree(s).

Fixed I think, I went back to version 3.50.417 and in cherry-picking options setup gridsquare calling options uncheck all the options and so event viewer is working fine and only caters to stations outside of europe in my case.
In version 3.50.416 having this checked it worked fine I don't know why.
