Re: Logger32 disapeared

Clifford, I have absolutely no idea how Norton works, so all I could suggest was the steps to take, not the details of how to do it.

Is it possible that in addition to Norton, you have Windows Defender running on your PC and it's actually Windows Defender that has hidden your files? I have described on another thread (in more detail) how to un-hide the hidden files.

To determine if you have Windows Defender running, look at the Microsoft status bar at the bottom of the screen. At the right you will see several icons for Wi-Fi, sound, etc. Also there's an up arrow (sort of like an inverted V). if you click on it, a small window opens with additional icons. If Windows Defender is running, you will see a shield with a red X or green check - Second row on the right in the picture. SeventyThree(s).

Hello Villi

While the Custom ADIF option is in the Export Logs function I can not find a similar option in Export QSL file? And Export Logs does not give the opportunity to export QSOs based upon the 'Send Paper QSL' flag?

Bob, thank You for quick response.

Unfortunately, since this is a club station we are using the Operator field for the operator so it is not available for the station call.

As for exporting the QSL file twice, I have to do this as we are using different logbooks, but the export files does not have any information about the station callsign which would have been very useful in order to have Logprint tick off correct check box.

It is NOT. Before releasing 3.50.412 I submitted it to Microsoft and they said it was OK. Yesterdays Microsoft update now says it is a Trojan. This first happened two/three weeks ago, and they fixed their problem. Now it is back again. I have reported this to them. I have not heard from them yet. 73.

There is no Trojan. A number of us had this exact problem with McAfee and Logger.exe Version 410 and the McAfee support team called it 'A False Positive' and solved it. haven't had a problem with versions 411 and 412. Is your problem with version 410?
