QSO TIME
Paul F6EXV
Hi all
I am trying to see if it is possible to modify any field of the logging windows BEFORE the QSO is actually logged ? For example, how to I add an IOTA reference, how do I modify the time, how do I add/modify a QSL manager, again, BEFORE the QSO is actually logged. If I have to log it first, and then edit the QSO to modify field(s), it will have already be uploaded to ClubLog and/or LoTW. This is what I do not want to happen. Thanks for help 73 Paul F6EXV

Does anyone have info about UDP broadcasts from Logger32 to other APPs? Just a topic name or location in the documentation would help.

Re: cw machine

Matthias I believe TS590 does not support CW keying via it's serial port. You should use Key jack in rear panel instead. 73

Re: cw machine

You have configured COM1 to control the radio. You have configured Shared Serial port (COM1) to key the radio. Correct? How are you connecting COM1 DTR the CW keying line (Pin 4 of DB4 or Pin 20 of DB25) to the CW keying line on the radio? Look at Section 6 of the Help file section 'CW Machine'. SeventyThree(s).

cw machine
Matthias Bellmann
Desparately i try to use cw machine. I read help chapter "cw machine
window" back and forth, up and down, but i did not succeed.
Rig Kenwood ts590 TRX Control via COM1 is working good. E.G. when clicking a spot in cluster window the trx responds with changing freq and mode. COM1 setup is 9600/8/1/none polling interval 100 Icom adress 0 used any combination of DTR/RTS and cts/rts handshaking, making no difference cw machine software configuration: COM1 use shared serial port for cw use ptt switch to transmit use radio command ptt override The PT LED in the cw machine window turns green during transmission and the trx responds to the ptt signal. The keying LED shows morse code but the trx does not respond to the cw signal Did i miss out something? What else can i try? Thanks for any answer 73 Matthias

Port 7373
Paul F6EXV
Hello all
I do not recall the exact circumstances, but my telnet connection to VE7CC no longer works. A ping to 7373 indicates a general error. I have restarted the compter without success. How can I correct this so I get the cluster back ? Thanks + 73 Paul F6EXV

Re: Why....2 Dummies questions
ja1nlx
Radhames Try following steps.
1. Look for Logger32.ini in Logger32 folder. 2. Rename Logger32.ini to Logger32.OLD. 3. Run Logger32. Now Logger32 run with default settings. 4. Position each window you want to see anywhere in main form. 5. Close Logger32. 6. Run Logger32.
how/what you see in main form ? How/what you see in Logbook page window ? (you say summary
QSOsMode window)
If both work then you must make all settings again.

order of bands in DXCC/DXCC challenge award window
Andreas Paulick
Hi, since some weeks I have a different order of the band colum headings in the DXCC and DXCC Challenge award window. Band starts at left side with 6m and end right with 160m. Highest band to lowest bands. Formerly it was opposite. I would like it more, because it is the same like Clublog. Any chance to change the order? Or can I change it by myself? 73 and HNY! Why....2 Dummies questions
HI3B Radhames
Hi and happy new year all:
1.- Why sometimes I have to open manually all windows
like they were loosed? In the Currently Open Window box
appear only MDIForm and TCP Server box unchecked.
2.-Why the Summary QsobMode window, only shows a few
years? I have 16.704 and only appear 9367 (Years 1990, 1993-1996.
2003/2005, 2007-2009) I have QSOs from 1978 and the following years,
but these last years do not appear in the Summary.
Any suggestions will welcome.
Thanks in advance and
73,
Radhames, HI3B
