If I may add to Gary's excellent points;

1.
There are also .docx and PDF files available from the link Gary posted.

To make changes to any of the Logbook Page columns you can also right click on the columns title.

If for some reason you need to change the current operator call sign (as displayed at the top of the Logbook Entry Window) 
Right click in any of the fields in the Logbook Entry Window.
Then Select Change operator from the menu and in the box that appears select / enter the call sign as required and apply.
