The auto installer did not work. I went to your web site and downloaded it from there.

Are you getting the update file?? It should run the installer which will update the file that is on your computer. If doesn’t work remove the program thru the programs/features page in the control panel then download the installer from my website and run it that way. It should install back in the directory where you had it..

Still got a problem. Tried update and installation a few times but no luck. Perhaps Im not updating correctly?
