are you using the latest version (latest upgrade)?

See ADIFMODE.txt file in Logger32 directory, open with notepad and see if FT8 mode is listed there.

I tried to add a QSO with a Indonesian station on the FT-8 and there is a message that pops up saying not a valid ADIF OR SUBMODE
