Gerrards Cross Computer Club (GXCC) gx-computer-club@groups.io

Gerrards Cross Computer Club is a long standing club that was founded as a self help group of of people with an interest in computing. We welcome both experts and novices and continue to provide advice and support to our members through meetings each month where a specific topic is presented and discussed and via this on-line forum.

We normally meet on the second Thursday of every month at 8 pm in The Memorial Centre, East Common, Gerrards Cross, SL9 7AD.

Until further notice however our meetings will be online using Zoom while restrictions remain in place.  Please do not attend at the Memorial Centre.

To join our Zoom meeting you will need a PC/Laptop/phone/tablet that can connect to the Internet with microphone and speaker to participate in our Zoom meetings.
There is no need to install any software as this will happen automatically. Please note that we intend to revert to holding our meetings in Gerrards Cross once it is safe to do so.

Our next meeting is on Thursday, 11 Mar  2021 at 8 pm using Zoom
The topic is Cyber Security (Thames Valley Police) by Mark Gosland TV Police

A link to join the meeting will be posted to members via the group.

If you have found this page, and are considering joining our club, then we would be pleased to welcome you as a visitor.  While restrictions are in place we would ask you to email us via info-request@gxcc.org.uk so we can send you the link to join the Zoom meeting. Please only enquire however if you will be able to travel to Gerrards Cross once we can safely resume our regular meetings.

For information about our planned future meetings please visit our main information site Gerrards Cross Computer Club
