As long as you apply by the deadline, you should receive an e-mail within a day or so either confirming your booking or informing you if your application was unsuccessful. Please do not book unless you are sure to attend and arrive on time. However, if having booked you later find that you cannot attend, please contact Andrew as soon as possible to cancel, so that your seat(s) can be offered to someone on the waiting list. To do so, use the same e-mail address with the word "cancellation" included in the subject heading.
