Booking with Chai Chin: Please e-mail Chai Chin at ccstevens@... (ccstevens "at" chaichin "dot" org "dot" uk), including the name and date of the performance you are requesting in the subject heading, and, in the text of your message, state your name and the number of tickets you would like. Booking should normally be done by e-mail, not by phone, but if you do not hear back from her within a reasonable time you can always call or text Chai Chin to check whether your request was successful (her phone number is 07956-384781). She will try to reply to requests within 24 hours, and if your request is successful, she will ask you to reply to confirm that you will definitely use the tickets. Should you have any queries, please contact Chai Chin and not myself. Deadline for Booking: Please request your tickets by no later than 10am on Sunday 2 January. Ticket Collection: You will need to allow sufficient time to meet Chai Chin (or one of her helpers) to collect your tickets, usually about 45 to 60 minutes before the performance, a few minutes' walk from the theatre. Chai Chin will inform successful applicants of the meeting arrangements. Do NOT go to the theatre without having first collected your ticket(s). Important: Please be discreet about this offer and make no mention whatsoever of these tickets (including at the venue or on social media), or future such offers could be jeopardised. Please note that you must not telephone nor visit the Box Office about your tickets, and you are expected to sit in the seats allocated to you. |
