Reserving your Place(s):  Andrew is kindly dealing with booking requests. The deadline for booking is 10pm on Thursday 29 September. To reserve your seat(s), e-mail him at a.campling@... [a "dot" campling "at" btopenworld "dot" com]. Please include "Sat 1 Oct: Comps Request/GB" in the subject heading. You may book for up to 2 people (yourself plus a guest), and you do not need to give the name of your guest, if any. Just state your full name and the total number of places you are requesting (either 1 or 2). Please use CAPITAL letters for your family name (for example: John SMITH - 2 places please) to help Andrew arrange the guest list in alphabetical order. As long as you apply by the deadline, you should receive an e-mail within a day or so either confirming your booking or informing you if your application was unsuccessful. Please do not book unless you are sure to attend and arrive on time. However, if having booked you later find that you cannot attend, please contact Andrew as soon as possible to cancel, so that your seat(s) can be offered to someone on the waiting list. To do so, use the same e-mail address with the word "cancellation" included in the subject heading.
