v7 Notes function

I am just beginning to explore the added range of functions in the notes page. It certainly provides a wide range of possibilities.
I am using it to attach jpg images in situations where I don't want to attach an image to a fact. So for example a jpg of an email or a page from a book that provides general infomation about the person. I provide a title in a new note and clicking 'add link'/add more links/add media record - I can insert a link to an image. Is this the approach that others are taking? |

One point to consider is where are you going to put the Note page so that it is associated with the Individual?
In my experience, an Email or a book page will often involve more than one person &/or more than one fact. So in most cases, it would need a Source Citation and the Media would be attached there. Anyway, for an Email, I would usually enter it as a text transcript with Email addresses as URL links using mailto:
