unable to unlink child from parent

Attempting to unlink child from parent "Cynthia Frank" Though that parent record is selected, the OK button is still greyed out. What am I doing wrong? See attached screenshot. Please advise. Thanks

In the Focus Window, right-click on the person to be unlinked and select 'Unlink Record'

You need to unlink the child from the entire ‘parent family’, as the heading in the box says. So you need to select ‘...of Basil Kemp HAYES and Cynthia FRANK’. I you want to re-connect the child with the father you need to create a new family record for him by giving him a second spouse or partner, then linking the child to that new family.
