Is there an actual 64 bit client?

I'm running some hefty processes, importing large csv files and exporting GEDCOMs using plugins on a core i7 with 32GB memory, and the process keeps taking long pauses.  A true 64 bit app might not do that?

Hi Paul,

No, there is not a 64-bit version of Family Historian.

If the CSV imports and GEDCOM exports are both using Plugins then it is the Lua implementation that is probably causing the pauses.

It is not obvious that a 64-bit FH would necessarily make much difference, but you could ask Calico Pie.

Anyway, I imagine those Plugin runs are not mainstream activities so is the odd pause really a problem?
